The 2023 Artisan Riesling was combination tank and 30% barrel fermented and rested on lees for 3-months. Bright and crisp, this wine has length and imparts notes of lemon and green apple. This wine compliments spicy Asian dishes, grilled fish, scampi, oysters, sashimi, and mild cheeses.
