Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders Australia-wide. For orders of $250 or more, we provide free shipping as a thank you for your support.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure your wines and truffles arrive in perfect condition.

All products are carefully packaged using industry-standard materials and methods to prevent damage during transit and maintain the quality and integrity of your order.
Age Verification
As per Australian law, wine deliveries must be received by individuals aged 18 years or over. Our delivery partners may request valid identification upon delivery to verify the recipient’s age.
Returns and Refunds
