2022 Estate Pinot Noir Shiraz

Blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Shiraz, open-vat fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. This wine imparts spice and pepper characteristics, however retains a light -medium style with elegant raspberry. The fruity notes of this wine compliments smoky flavours of grilled chicken, pork and lamb as well as tomato-based pasta sauces and mild medium-aged cheeses.
