2023 Estate Pinot Noir

Open-vat fermented for 22 days, basket-pressed and aged in 25% new French oak barrels for 16 months. This wine is medium-bodied, earthy with rich notes of dark cherries. This wine matches with duck breast and plum sauce or mushroom risotto.
